People tell me I seem calm, steady and put together.
About Fanny
And my honest answer: you haven’t seen the inside.
01. THE INSIDEComposed outside. Managing a lot inside.
For 17 years, I was the one holding it together in a high-pressure corporate environment. Composed on the outside, managing a significant amount on the inside. The anxiety. The panic attacks. The physical pain my doctors couldn't explain.
10 years ago, I started looking for answers. What I found was that the body keeps a record of everything the mind tries to manage, and mine had been managing a lot.
The symptoms weren't signs that something was wrong with me. They were my body trying to get my attention. Learning to listen to it, rather than override it, changed everything.
02. NOT A STRAIGHT LINEI took the safe path first
University, a job that paid well, growth within the structure. I didn't have one passion; I had many interests, and no idea how to hold them all. Life got heavier. I felt myself shrinking, too big for the space I was in, and too scared of my own bigness.
Losing my dad in my twenties cracked something open. I started paying attention to the quiet pulls inside me, the ones I'd half-listened to before and could no longer ignore. I moved to New York. I traveled to resource myself. I kept following the pull, even when it didn't make sense from the outside.
Leaving the corporate world wasn’t an escape. It was an inititation
03. WHAT IT TAUGHT MEYou always have a choice.
Not always a fun one. But a choice. You're never too old, too late, or too anything to start over, move somewhere new, or reinvent yourself.
Most people don't need another plan. They need a permission slip. One of my mentor’s say is “we didn't come here to pay bills and die”. That became my new mantra.
04. HOW I WORKI built this practice the way I built myself back
Breath, sound, and Reiki to come back into your body. Mentoring, backed by somatic coaching, to decide what's next, and actually move. Not as trends, but as tools that restored coherence in my own body first.
What I share comes from experimentation and recalibration, not theory. I don't teach what I haven't integrated yet.
WHO I WORK WITH
People at a crossroads
A career that no longer fits. A move you keep postponing. A loss, a breakup, a birthday that made you stop and count. You've done the work, read the books, held it together for everyone else. You feel you checked all the boxes, and yet something is missing and feels off.
Now you're ready to live as yourself, not the version that keeps everyone comfortable.
WHO THIS IS NOT FOR
Not everyone, or at least not yet
Not because some people aren't worthy of it, but because some aren't ready for it yet. If you want someone to push you harder, hand you a formula, or help you perform better, this isn't that.
This is for people willing to meet themselves honestly. Which is already enough.
